How long does shipping take for equipment orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
What is your return policy for equipment and bundles?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all equipment. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that digital membership fees are non-refundable.
Can I use the Pvolve app on multiple devices?
Yes, your Pvolve subscription allows you to stream workouts on your smartphone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV. You can download our app on both iOS and Android platforms.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more countries soon.
